Can I buy a shipping label now?
Not yet. This is early access: shipment drafts and support tickets are available. Once crypto setup is complete, top up first and submit a paid order. Our team will manually produce and upload your carrier label.
How do pricing and payment work?
UPS and FedEx labels cost $50 for personal domestic, $100 for business domestic and $250 for business international. Each parcel needs one label. Orders of 3+ labels receive 10% off. Prices are in USD and payments are crypto only. Crypto funding is not open during early access. No funds are collected until payment setup is complete.
Can I send more than one parcel?
Yes. Add up to 20 parcels to a shipment, each with its own actual weight and measurements. Parcels in one request share the same sender and recipient. Create a separate request for each destination.
Where will I find my shipping label?
Open My shipments and select your shipment. When a genuine carrier label is attached to your fulfilled request, the Download label button appears. If a commercial invoice is supplied, it appears alongside the label.
What do I need for international shipping?
International labels are available for business shipments only. Provide complete contact details, an accurate description of the actual contents, declared value and country of manufacture. Add the HS code if known. Further customs information may be needed before fulfillment.
